4 - Micro Leech Jig - Euro Nymph. Jig. Pine Squirrel Leech. Streamers. Trout Flies. Colorado Fly Fishing Flies. Barbless. Tungsten.
$13.00
An extremely versatile streamer on a jig. Micro pine squirrel strips move beautifully in water, are extremely durable, and are fairly sparse and subtle. There is holographic red tinsel on the hook shank and an ostrich herl collar for some added head turning action. These can imitate any number of creatures in trout streams: sculpin, trout fry, leeches, worms, etc.. Try this as your point fly, your first dropper in a hopper-copper-dropper, dead drifted solo or in tandem rigs, or swung and stripped solo or in tandem.
These flies are tied on barbless, black nickel finished, standard length jig hooks OR barbless, black nickel finished, 1x short, wide gape jig hooks. These hooks ride point up greatly reducing the risk of snagging and are far less stressful on fish during removal.
This listing is for 4 flies. Please message me with any questions or custom orders. I'm happy to use larger/smaller beads if desired.
