Based on Tim Cammisa's pattern, this is a streamlined golden stone anchor fly that will get your rig down to the fish. Fish in tandem with something much smaller with a different color scheme for best results. Featuring a black tungsten bead, yellow barred rubber legs for the tail, a pheasant tail abdomen with copper wire ribbing, and a UV golden brown ice dubbing thorax. The underbody is wrapped with lead free wire to add some extra weight.
This fly is tied on a barbless, black nickel finished jig hook. These hooks ride point up greatly reducing snags. They are easy to remove from a fish mouth, greatly reducing stress on your catch.
