This pattern is very similar to a popular Baetis pattern by competition angler Lance Egan. A standard Baetis jig profile featuring a Coq d' Leon saddle tail, thread body, ultra wire ribbing, epoxy resin coating, UV ice dubbing collar, and a silver tungsten bead.
The pictured fly is olive thread with chartreuse wire ribbing. There are a few other color choices in the options, and they will all have a silver tungsten bead - these are the thread, wire and dubbing (stuff right behind the bead) color combinations used for each color option:
Olive - Olive thread, chartreuse wire, UV peacock black ice dubbing
Black - Black thread, black wire, UV peacock black ice dubbing
Purple - Purple thread, wine wire, UV purple ice dubbing
Rusty Brown - Rusty brown thread, copper wire, UV copper ice dubbing
These flies are tied on barbless, black nickel finished, standard length jig hooks OR barbless, black nickel finished, 1x short, wide gape jig hooks. These hooks ride point up greatly reducing the risk of snagging and are far less stressful on fish during removal.
